By accessing and using VisionBoard Studio's services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Services Description
VisionBoard Studio provides lifestyle moodboard creation services, including consultation, design, and delivery of custom visual inspiration boards in digital and physical formats.
User Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information
Maintain the confidentiality of your account
Use our services only for lawful purposes
Respect intellectual property rights
Communicate respectfully with our team
Payment Terms
Payment is required before service delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing. All prices are in US Dollars. We accept major credit cards and electronic payment methods. Refunds are provided according to our refund policy.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you receive a license to use your custom moodboard for personal purposes. VisionBoard Studio retains ownership of design templates, processes, and methods. We may showcase your moodboard in our portfolio with your permission.
Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellations made 48 hours before a scheduled consultation receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours forfeit 50% of the payment. Work already completed is non-refundable. We reserve the right to refuse service and provide refunds at our discretion.
Revisions and Modifications
Revision rounds are included as specified in your chosen package. Additional revisions beyond the package limits may incur extra fees. Major changes to project scope require a new agreement.
Delivery Timeline
Digital moodboards are typically delivered within 7-10 business days. Physical boards require additional shipping time. Timelines may vary based on complexity and revision requests.
Limitation of Liability
VisionBoard Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with California law, in Los Angeles County, California.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
